  1. On the eve of my 56th birthday I am commencing what I have always aspired to do! To write and share my thoughts with the common people! I hope to make some humble contribution to the society and mankind and I seek your good wishes in my endeavours.

  2. While the matter of cleanliness has caught public imagination thanks to Swachh Bharat campaign, the next big challenges for large metros are going to be traffic and water management. Please see my tweet on traffic bottlenecks in Juhu especially on weekends.

  3. Let me start my blog with a borrowed item that’s currently doing rounds in social media. I love it for its innocence.

    A Wife’s Poem.

    He didn’t like the curry
And he didn’t like my cake.
He said biscuits were too hard…
Not like his mother used to make.

I didn’t prepare the coffee right
    He didn’t like the stew,
    I didn’t mend his socks
The way his mother used to do.

    I pondered for an answer
I was looking for a clue.
Isn’t there anything I could do
To match his mother’s shoe ?

Then I smiled as I saw light
One thing I could definitely do
    I turned around
    And slapped him tight….
Like his mother used to do. 😆😆😆😂😂

  4. This is a short poem I read long time ago but which is still etched in my memory.

When my son-in-law takes tea in bed for my daughter,
He’s so caring and she’s so sweet!

When my son takes tea in bed for my daughter-in-law,
She’s so mean and he’s spoiling her!
